Affiliate promotions must be accurate, transparent, lawful, and consistent with approved program terms.
I will use accurate information and will not make false, exaggerated, misleading, or unapproved claims about any course, certificate, permit, approval, reciprocity, eligibility, processing time, or legal outcome.
I will not state or imply that completing a course guarantees permit issuance, government approval, legal eligibility, or the right to carry a firearm.
I will not state or imply that there is a single nationwide concealed carry permit recognized in every state, or that the CCW Online Courses brand represents such a permit.
I will clearly disclose my affiliate relationship in a noticeable location whenever I publish or share an affiliate link, recommendation, endorsement, review, or sponsored promotion.
I will not register or use domains, social media handles, business names, advertising accounts, logos, or branding that impersonate CCW Online Courses or create confusion about ownership or affiliation.
I will use approved links, logos, images, pricing, course descriptions, disclosures, and promotional materials, and I will promptly correct or remove outdated or inaccurate content when requested.
I will not use spam, unsolicited bulk messages, misleading redirects, cookie stuffing, fake reviews, false testimonials, self-referrals, unauthorized coupons, or other deceptive promotional practices.
I am responsible for following all applicable laws, advertising rules, email-marketing requirements, social platform policies, and the final CCW Online Courses Affiliate Agreement.
My promotional content and audience are not primarily directed toward minors.
I understand that CCW Online Courses may approve, decline, suspend, or terminate an affiliate account in accordance with its program terms, and that submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance.
