Refund Policy
Please review this Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in an online course, purchasing digital training access, or requesting a certificate of completion.
Refund Policy Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all online course purchases, digital training access, certificates, downloadable materials, quizzes, exams, and related services offered through onlineccwcourses.com.
Because our courses provide immediate access to digital training materials, videos, written lessons, quizzes, exams, downloadable resources, progress tracking, and certificate eligibility, payments are generally non-refundable once access to the course has been provided.
1. All Online Course Sales Are Final
Online course purchases are treated as digital product purchases. Once course access has been issued, the student receives the ability to view training content, access lessons, complete quizzes, take exams, track progress, and qualify for certificate issuance if all course requirements are successfully completed.
For this reason, online course purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been provided, regardless of whether the student starts, partially completes, fully completes, or fails to complete the course.
2. No Refunds After Course Access Is Issued
Refunds will not be issued after course access has been provided, including situations where the student:
- Changes their mind after purchase.
- Does not start the course.
- Starts the course but does not finish it.
- Fails to complete the course within the allowed access period.
- Fails a quiz, exam, knowledge check, or required course component.
- Does not meet certificate requirements.
- Incorrectly enters their name, email address, or student information.
- Registers for the wrong course.
- Purchases a course without confirming whether it satisfies their court, agency, licensing, permit, employer, or personal requirement.
- Misunderstands the difference between a course certificate and a firearm permit, concealed carry license, court approval, agency approval, or legal clearance.
3. Course Completion Window
Unless a specific course page states otherwise, students have 60 days from the date of registration to complete the online course.
If the student does not complete the course within the permitted access period, course access may expire. Continued access may require a new enrollment and payment of the applicable course fee.
4. Court, Agency, Permit, and Certificate Acceptance
Some students may purchase a course because they were told to complete firearm safety, safe storage, legal responsibility, concealed carry, or related training by a court, attorney, employer, agency, licensing authority, issuing authority, law enforcement department, or other third party.
It is the student’s responsibility to confirm before enrolling whether the specific course purchased satisfies their court order, permit requirement, agency policy, employment requirement, licensing requirement, or personal need.
Completing a course does not guarantee permit approval, agency acceptance, court acceptance, certificate acceptance, legal eligibility, or any specific legal outcome.
5. Technical Issues and Student Responsibility
Students are responsible for having a reliable internet connection, compatible device, updated browser, working email address, and the ability to access videos, forms, quizzes, exams, and digital materials.
Refunds are not issued for technical issues caused by:
- Student internet connection problems.
- Device issues.
- Outdated browser or software.
- Email filtering, spam folders, or incorrect email addresses.
- Failure to remember login information.
- User error.
- Failure to follow course instructions.
- Failure to contact support before the course access period expires.
If a student experiences a technical issue, the student should contact onlineccwcourses.com as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed.
6. Duplicate Purchases and Administrative Billing Errors
If you believe you made a duplicate purchase or were charged due to an administrative billing error, contact us as soon as possible.
onlineccwcourses.com may review the transaction and, at its sole discretion, issue a correction, credit, transfer, or refund if we determine that a duplicate purchase or administrative error occurred.
Important: Duplicate purchase review does not guarantee a refund. Refund decisions are made based on access status, course usage, certificate status, billing records, and the specific facts of the transaction.
7. Fraudulent Completion, Account Sharing, and Misuse
Course access is provided only to the registered student. Students may not share login credentials, course access, course materials, videos, quizzes, exams, certificates, downloadable resources, or any other course content with any other person, business, organization, or entity.
No refund will be issued if access is suspended, terminated, or restricted because of:
- Sharing login credentials.
- Allowing another person to complete the course.
- Completing the course for another person.
- Submitting false or misleading student information.
- Attempting to bypass course timers, quizzes, exams, or completion requirements.
- Copying, recording, photographing, screenshots, screen recording, downloading, uploading, reselling, or distributing course materials.
- Misuse of certificate materials.
- Violation of the Terms, Conditions & Policies of onlineccwcourses.com.
8. Certificate Holds, Cancellations, and Revisions
A certificate of completion may be issued only after the student successfully completes all required course components, including required lessons, videos, knowledge checks, quizzes, final exam, identity fields, acknowledgments, and any other listed requirements.
onlineccwcourses.com reserves the right to hold, cancel, revoke, or refuse certificate issuance if we reasonably believe that the student:
- Failed to complete required course components.
- Submitted false, incomplete, or inaccurate information.
- Shared course access.
- Misused course materials.
- Attempted fraudulent completion.
- Violated the Terms, Conditions & Policies.
A certificate hold, cancellation, revocation, correction, or refusal caused by student error or policy violation does not qualify for a refund.
9. Transfers and Course Changes
Course access is assigned to the registered student and may not be transferred, shared, resold, assigned, or given to another person without written approval from onlineccwcourses.com.
Course changes, credits, transfers, or administrative adjustments may be considered at the sole discretion of onlineccwcourses.com. Approval is not guaranteed.
If a student purchases the wrong course, the student should contact onlineccwcourses.com as soon as possible. If the course has not been accessed, started, used, or completed, we may review whether a transfer or adjustment is appropriate.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe there is a billing error, contact onlineccwcourses.com first so the issue can be reviewed.
Filing an improper chargeback after receiving course access, viewing course content, completing lessons, downloading materials, taking quizzes, taking exams, or receiving a certificate may result in:
- Account suspension.
- Certificate hold or cancellation.
- Refusal of future service.
- Collection efforts where permitted by law.
- Submission of course access records, login records, completion records, certificate records, and transaction records to the payment processor or financial institution.
11. Refund Review Process
Any refund request must be submitted in writing by email. The request should include the student’s full name, email used for registration, course purchased, purchase date, and a clear explanation of the issue.
Refund requests may be reviewed based on:
- Whether course access was issued.
- Whether the student logged in.
- Whether lessons, videos, quizzes, exams, or downloads were accessed.
- Whether a certificate was issued, requested, held, corrected, or denied.
- Whether the request involves a duplicate purchase or administrative error.
- Whether the student violated course access, no-sharing, fraud, or intellectual property policies.
Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.
12. Policy Changes
onlineccwcourses.com may update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates may be posted on this page with a new effective date.
Continued use of the website, course access, or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Refund Policy.
