California CCW Course Enrollment Information
Please review the information below before selecting and enrolling in a course.
Nationwide CCW is a leading CCW and firearms training facility in Los Angeles County and has trained thousands of students. Through this online platform, we offer several CCW training courses for both California residents and non-residents.
Because the requirements and approved training options are different depending on where you live and which law-enforcement agency is processing your CCW application, please read the information below carefully and select the appropriate course.
California Non-Resident CCW Applicants
Our California Non-Resident Online CCW Curriculum has been approved by the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD).
Processing times for many CCW applications, including applications handled by LAPD, have been significantly reduced. We have had applicants report receiving their permits within only a few weeks from start to finish.
Actual processing times will vary and may depend on several factors, including whether you have all required documentation ready, how quickly you submit requested documents, background-processing requirements, and the workload of the issuing agency.
If you are a California resident, or if you are applying for a California CCW permit through another police department, sheriff's department, or issuing agency, DO NOT enroll in the Non-Resident Online Course unless your issuing agency has specifically confirmed that it will accept this training.
